Thanksgiving and getting ready for Christmas

Halloween w/ the Reids and my Christmas Tree

I'm listening to Christmas music and really feeling the mood. I had to get my Christmas trees from Chelsea's house so Brent just brought them in the house. Well I just had to decorate one today. I think I have outdone myself!!! Tell me what you think.

It was my birthday on October 5th. The kids came over and we had a pizza party. Clint got vertigo that day and was in bed, but we tried to celebrate. We got a few pictures. The kids are always so sweet to me on my birthday. Well, they are sweet to me all the time. Brent was extra sweet too. We try to keep the kids happy but Levi seems to be the one who always finds my makeup drawer and by the time we find him he is completely covered in something. One time it was bare minerals powder, the next it was mascara. If the other kids are there they get in on it too. We took a trip to Antimony to visit with Dad. My mother passed away 2 years ago on Oct. 19th. We always spend time at her grave on that day. We raked leaves but the next day even more fell and so we're going down there in a couple of weeks to rake again. I am now quite sick and have been for 5 days, I hope it ends soon. The bed and I have been real good friends.

September musings..... What has been going on?

In the past month or more I guess I haven't taken too many pictures. I have this thing that I can't post unless I have pictures to share. So here are a few of things. Most of the things I do are with my kids and grandkids. I am watching Erin's boys a couple of mornings a week while she is at work at the Buckle store. They truly are little rascals. Levi seems to like my make-up drawer. When we can't find him that is always where he is. Either there or downstairs at Grandma White's candy bowl. He loves rolos. Chelsea and Adyson come over and play when they are here. Adyson is sooo cute. She takes wonderful pictures. My kids have all had family pictures done and they're so awesome. Erin's friend Natalie Bennion has taken them. Taylor and Ashton are back in school and Keri is very busy. Clint and Brent are busy working in a new business. David is working at Carmax and has been training. He is now on his own and sold a car his first day on his own. He has a great personality for that kind of work. I have applied for a job at Tai Pan. I hope I get it. It would be fun to work there. I re-painted my sun room. I'll take a picture of it to show you. I need some wall hangings though to make it complete. I hope the mild weather lasts through Nov. since we got cheated out of June. I can't believe it is time to start thinking about putting up fall decorations. I do love Halloween stuff though.
